Firstly our thanks.
You got us up and kept us up.
We are a better, more stable club than when you arrived and you have played a significant part in that.
At the start of this season you showed us some good football.
In the middle of this season you reverted to type.
Since Christmas you have proven that you are not the man to take us forward. Sticking doggedly to percentage football which has delivered negative results.
Throughout your time with us you have developed talent to the square route of fuck all.
It is clear that if you stay we will stagnate and regress based on performances since Christmas and most of last season.
Take the positives and thanks for them.
Reflect on the negatives as that is why you should never get near any team that has greater aspirations than mediocrity and survival.
You have done your bit so lets move on.
